PURPOSE: A method for preparing olefin polymers using multinuclear non-metallocene compounds is provided to obtain olefin polymers with excellent mechanical property and processibility. CONSTITUTION: A multinuclear non-metallocene compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A catalyst composition contains the multinuclear non-metallocene compound of chemical formula 1. The catalyst composition additionally contains alkyl aluminoxane of chemical formula 4, alkyl aluminum of chemical formula 5 or weakly coordinated Lewis acid co-catalyst. An olefin polymer is prepared by polymerizing olefin monomers using the catalyst composition. |
