<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil supply device and a lubricating oil supply method in cold tandem rolling, in which a proper lubricant condition can be provided for a cold tandem rolling mill so that stable rolling can be performed for materials from a soft material to a hard material without increasing equipment cost and production cost. <P>SOLUTION: In a lubricating oil supply device in cold tandem rolling that performs recirculation lubrication using a couple of a dirty tank and a clean tank, the lubricating oil supply device in cold tandem rolling includes: a stir means that forms in the clean tank, a concentration gradient in which concentration become lower as depth becomes deeper; a lubricating oil introduction header in which a lubricating oil suction port is formed; a pump that suctions lubricating oil in the clean tank; and a header fixing means that fixes the lubricating oil introduction header so that the lubricating oil suction port may be located at a prescribed depth in the clean tank, wherein the lubricating oil supply device suctions lubricating oil of a desired concentration from a prescribed depth in the clean tank and supplies it to the cold tandem rolling mill. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
