<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sizes of a spectroscopic sensor and an angle limiting filter and to enhance an amount of light passing through the angle limiting filter. <P>SOLUTION: An angle limiting filter 10 includes: a first light shielding layer 14c that has at least one first opening portion 15; a first light transmitting film 11c positioned at the at least one first opening portion 15; and a second light transmitting film 12c that is positioned overlapped with the first light transmitting film 11c at the at least one first opening portion 15 and has a refractive index less than that of the first light transmitting film 11c. The first light transmitting film 11c has a first inclined portion inclined to a direction in which a film thickness is increased from a peripheral edge of the at least one first opening portion 15 toward the center of the at least one first opening portion 15.
