<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency brake system that can prevent beforehand the accident due to the mis-stepping of the accelerator pedal. <P>SOLUTION: The emergency brake system 1 includes mainly: an accelerator pedal 3; a throttle control part 4 that synchronizes the pedal operation and controls open and close of the throttle; a pedal operation control device 5 inserted between the accelerator pedal 3 and the throttle control part 4; and a brake interlocking control part 6. The pedal operation control device 5 includes: a fixed disk part 8; a movable disk part 9; a pedal contact part 10; an accelerator fixed pin 11; and a guide regulation part 12, and is restricted to the pedal position that provides for the amount of depressing of accelerator pedal 3 when the depressing strength by the pedal operation is below the limit value and has a function to release the control of open and close of the synchronizing throttle to the pedal operation when the limit value is exceeded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
