<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraper for getting the last drip of a substance (paste or cream) from a container without waste, and used as an applicator for applying the substance to anything or anyone. <P>SOLUTION: The scraper A has a flat body portion 2b maintained horizontally to secure the range of free use operation, a handle portion is formed integrally from the horizontal surface to a vertical oval surface 1d orthogonal to the horizontal surface by 180 degrees.
