The full bridge rectifier circuit (1) has a full-bridge circuit with an alternating current (AC) input and a direct current (DC) voltage output. Two n-channel semiconductor switches (Q3,Q4) and two p-channel semiconductor switches (Q1,Q2) are arranged in diagonal to full bridge circuit and integrated with respective diodes.The two gate terminals (G) of the semiconductor switches with integrated diodes are arranged on bridge arm sides (21,22) of the full bridge circuit and are connected with input terminal (3). An independent claim is included for a power supply.
