The turbine (10) has a turbine wheel (16) partially accommodated in receiving space (14) of a turbine housing (12) of a turbine (10). A nozzle (20) is limited by a wall (22) of the turbine, where exhaust gas is supplied over the nozzle. A gap (32) is formed between the wall and another wall (30) of the turbine housing and sealed by a seal element (36). The seal element is arranged between wall regions (38, 40) of the respective walls, where the wall regions limit the gap along axial direction of the turbine wheel. The seal element is formed from oxide-ceramic material.
