<p>PURPOSE: A method for processing non-medium payment by using an intrinsic ID is provided to prevent the illegal use of a card by more exactly performing the authentication of a client in a member store. CONSTITUTION: A server stores payment means information and an intrinsic ID in a storage medium of an issuing agency(200). The server receives the intrinsic ID in response to a payment request using the payment means information(220). The server extracts the payment means information linked with the intrinsic ID from the storage medium. The server performs an approval process of the requested payment by using the extracted payment means information(250).
