PURPOSE: A low power consumption type remote metering and acquiring device capable of driving only by a solar cell is provided to conveniently perform an installation work and minimize a required expense. CONSTITUTION: A sync module(10) collects metering data from an metering terminal or a relay, sets a power control operation according to a battery voltage level, and controls the power of a gateway module(20) according to the battery voltage of a solar cell module(30). The sync module transmits the collected metering data from a gateway module to a backup and remote metering server. The gateway module is operated according to the control of a sync module and provides the collected metering data to the backup and remote metering server. A solar cell module generates power from sunlight, and supplies and stores the generated power in the sync module and the gateway module.
