<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel aluminate compound phosphor and a method for preparing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The chemical properties of the aluminate compound phosphor can be improved by replacing part of Al/F elements with Si/O elements. The aluminate compound phosphor is represented by the general formula: Ca<SB POS="POST">a</SB>Sr<SB POS="POST">b</SB>Ba<SB POS="POST">c</SB>Al<SB POS="POST">d</SB>Si<SB POS="POST">e</SB>O<SB POS="POST">f</SB>F<SB POS="POST">g</SB>R<SB POS="POST">h</SB>, wherein R is at least one selected from lanthanide metals. In addition, the light-emitting property of the phosphor is controlled by replacing part of the Al/F elements with the Si/O elements to finely adjust the composition and modifying the abundance ratio of each valence of the lanthanide metal contained in the phosphor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
