AUTOMOBILE INVITATION DEVICE, ON-VEHICLE TERMINAL DEVICE, AUTOMOBILE INVITATION METHOD, AND PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile invitation device that, in a charging station for electric vehicles, allows the capacity of a charging device to be small and invites an automobile to the charging station for electric automobile so as not to deteriorate electric power quality of an electric power system side.

SOLUTION: The automobile invitation device 1 includes a charging/discharging management part 102 which determines a code indicative of charging or discharging processing and the level of a request for invitation to parking facilities according to demand and supply balance of electric power in charging/discharging processing on an automobile parked in the parking facilities; an invitation information generation part 103 which generates invitation information corresponding to the level of the request; and a communication part 104 which informs automobiles outside the parking facilities of the code and invitation information. The invitation information includes information representing incentive that a user of an automobile having acquired the invitation information obtains by answering to the invitation, and the invitation information generation part generates invitation information including information representing larger incentive as the level of the request is larger or invitation information including specification of such a range that the invitation information spreads farther.
