<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyaxial bone anchoring system having versatility with respect to clinical application, simple in a design, and allowing easy assembly while providing high fixation capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A first anchoring element 1 and a second anchoring element 101 are respectively turnable to a reception part 4. The first anchoring element 1 or the second anchoring element 101 can be inclinedly locked and fixed by applying pressure to a first head part 3 or a second head part 103 by a pressure member to lock and fix the first head part 3 or the second head part 103 inside the reception part 4. Each of the first head part 3 and the second head part 103 each mounted with a sleeve-like insertion piece 5 is configured to be inserted into a storage space from a lower part opening part, and the first anchoring element 1 and the second anchoring element 101 are exchangeable for each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
