<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor environment conditioning system that can individually control air conditioning in each room in a house in accordance with the presence or absence of a person. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a mobile terminal 40 having a GPS function; an outside air intake means 5 for taking the outside air into each of rooms 1, 2, 3 of a house; an air suction means 6 for sucking air in the rooms 1, 2, 3 to ceiling spaces 1a, 2a, 3a of the rooms 1, 2, 3; an air exhaust means 7 for exhausting the air sucked to the ceiling spaces 1a, 2a, 3a of the respective rooms 1, 2, 3 to the outside; and a control means 10, which obtains positional information of the mobile terminal 40, measures a relative distance of the mobile terminal 40 with respect to the position of the house, stops the outside air intake means 5, the air suction means 6 and the air exhaust means 7 if the relative distance reaches or exceeds a predetermined value, and controls the outside air intake means 5 and the air suction means 6 in each room 1, 2, 3 and also controls the air exhaust means 7 if the relative distance is less than the predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
