<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triage system capable of objectively determining urgency such as whether a request to dispatch an ambulance needs to be made for a patient who needs to see a doctor at a medical institution or has a possibility of high urgency of relief. <P>SOLUTION: The triage system includes a CTI device which is connected to a public line network of telephone; a triage determination support device; a database which has a data table storing a unique ID assigned to a user, personal specification information including a name and a telephone number related to the ID, and medical information including a user history and a clinical history related to the ID; and an operator terminal which is connected to the CTI device and triage determination support device. Based upon a telephone number acquired from the CTI device, the ID corresponding to the telephone number, the personal specification information, and the medical information are extracted from the database, and based upon a user's answer to questions input through the operator terminal, urgency of a medical treatment is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
