<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer foil capable of imparting antifouling properties for preventing dirts with the oil and the fingerprint, etc. on a surface protective layer and the slipping properties, without degrading the functions that a surface protective layer for forming an outermost layer of the transfer receiving body has, and the molding that uses the transfer foil, and to provide a method of manufacturing the molding. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer foil 7a is formed by sequentially layering a release layer 2 and a transfer layer 3a on one surface of a base material film 1, and the transfer foil peels off by the interface of the release layer 2 and the transfer layer 3a. The transfer layer 3a is a laminate including a surface protective layer 4 that is formed touching the release layer 2, and adhesive layer 6 that is formed touching the other side of the release layer 2 through the surface protective layer 4.
