A leg bag release system is presented having a block member with a drain tube channel and a crimping member slidably received within the block member. A cable assembly connects the block member to a lever assembly. When the lever assembly is activated, the crimping member is withdrawn from the drain tube channel allowing a patient to empty a leg bag without the assistance of another person. |
