The apparatus (2) has a pivotal support body (1) supported on a traction unit via a sliding guide (3) and adjusted by a spring-loaded wedge unit. The support body is designed in a hybrid design and provided with two components and a base part (6) for enclosing a receiving bore (9). A functioning part (7) i.e. sheet metal bending part, is connected with the sliding guide and the wedge unit, and separate components are assembled to form a structural unit and made of materials deviating from each other. The base part is machined or designed as a casting, sintering or forging component.
