PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing seed spray is provided to effectively remove green tide without secondary contamination and to reuse sludge generated from the green tide for seed spray. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing seed spray comprises: a step of preparing a natural inorganic coagulant; a step of adding the natural inorganic coagulant into polluted water; a step of collecting sludge generated when purifying the polluted water; and a step of drying the sludge and preparing the seed spray.
