BOLTLESS LOCKING COMPRESSION CLAMP FOR CONTACT WIRES

The invention relates to electrified railway transport and can be used in the installation of a contact system for the purpose of suspending and attaching a contact wire to a contact system mast. The technical result of this invention is improved quality in the connection of the clamp with the contact wire; in particular, the bend strength increases 2.2-fold and the breaking strength increases 2-fold, which thus increases the functional reliability of the locking boltless clamp. The potential of slippage occurring along the contact wire is eliminated. Clamp installation time is reduced by 12%-15% in comparison with a bolted clamp. The serviceability of the clamp is increased as a whole. The technical result is achieved due to the boltless locking clamp containing two screw-thread dies linked by rivets and a pin positioned therebetween; moreover, the screw-thread dies are provided with a thread fashioned on the surfaces that are installed in the grooves of the contact wire.
