A method for retransmitting UCC(User Created Contents) broadcasting data and digital broadcasting data through the portable Internet according to a multicast scheme is provided to enable a WiBro user to take the initiative in providing a point-to-multipoint service as well as a unicast service by making and registering UCC using a CP(Contents Provider) tool. If a WiBro user accesses a menu processing module through a CP terminal, inputs UCC broadcasting time, and makes a broadcasting menu registration request(201), the menu processing module writes UCC broadcasting meta data according to the inputted information, stores them in a database, and notifies the CP terminal that UCC broadcasting menu creation has been completed(202,203). The CP terminal encodes inputted pictures and requests a UCC transceiver module to transmit the encoded pictures in unicast(204). At this moment, the UCC transceiver module requests a management module to authenticate the CP terminal user(205). The management module transmits a result to the UCC transceiver module after executing authentication procedures for the CP terminal user(206). If the result is positive, the UCC transceiver module notifies the CP terminal that UCC broadcasting is allowed(207). If the CP terminal sends a UCC broadcast stream to the UCC transceiver module in unicast(208), the UCC transceiver module converts the inputted unicast data into multicast data(209). Then, after binding, the UCC transceiver module starts a multicast service(210). |
