<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device where noise of an output signal is reduced in a non-selection period and deterioration in characteristics of a transistor can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a first transistor 101, a second transistor 102, a third transistor 103, and a fourth transistor 104 are provided. In the first transistor 101, a first terminal is connected to first wiring, a second terminal is connected to a gate terminal of the second transistor 102, and a gate terminal is connected to fifth wiring. In the second transistor 102, a first terminal is connected to third wiring, and a second terminal is connected to sixth wiring. In the third transistor 103, a first terminal is connected to second wiring, a second terminal is connected to the gate terminal of the second transistor 102, and a gate terminal is connected to fourth wiring.
