<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling part suspension device capable of suppressing the rolling of a suspended member due to earthquake or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A suspended member 12 such as a luminaire is suspended from a ceiling part 11 of a building via suspension wires 13. Between the ceiling part 11 and the suspended member 12, at least two energizing mechanisms 14 are provided for imparting tensile force to the suspended member 12 in opposite horizontal directions.
