<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolated stem cell population in which the stem cells are CD34+, capable of self regeneration, capable of differentiation into ectodermal, mesodermal and endodermal cells and capable of adhering to tissue-culture grade plastic, and to provide a method of isolation of the cell, a method of culturing and differentiation thereof, progenies of the method of the differentiation as well as uses, including therapeutic uses of the stem cells and their differentiated progenies. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the isolated stem cell population in which the isolated stem cells are CD34+, capable of self regeneration, capable of differentiation into ectodermal, mesodermal and endodermal cells and capable of adhering to tissue-culture grade plastic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
