<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing system, an approval device, and a program that make business efficient without allowing a specific service provider to view secret information on a customer. <P>SOLUTION: A service providing system includes a display part 82 which shares and displays a reception screen displayed at a display part of a service provision support device 16; a card reader 78 which receives an ID allocated to an employee of a bank specified with customer specification information and specifying whether or not the employee is a person who has authority; and an approval device 18 which has a CPU 70 performing control to reset a state in which the customer specification information is concealed at the display part 82 without influencing a display state of a display part of the service providing support device 16 when a reception screen where the customer specification information is concealed is displayed at the display part of the service providing support device 16 and the display part 82 and the employee specified with the ID read by the card reader 78 is a person who has authority. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
