<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge for a vehicle, configured to increase connecting strength between a step member and a frame member without increasing a thickness of the frame member, and to enhance the weight resistance to offset weight or the like, thereby preventing deformation or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The bridge includes a lateral pair of long frame members disposed in parallel; a plurality of substantially plate-like step members each welded and fixed between the frame members and having a traveling surface on which wheels of a vehicle move; and a locking piece fixed to one longitudinal end of each frame member and to be locked on a platform where a vehicle is loaded or unloaded. The step member includes a rib integrally formed on at least one end in the traveling direction of the traveling surface in an outwardly inclined manner on the back. Both lateral ends of the rib are fixed in contact with the inner wall surface of the frame member.
