<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum cleaning device for a printing press capable of securely cleaning both blanket cylinders 11, 12. <P>SOLUTION: The drum cleaning device for the printing press includes a brake 37 which makes a second face 22b of a cleaning cloth 22 located between a cleaning cloth supply portion 31 and a first cleaning portion 32 and the second face 22b of the cleaning cloth 22 located between the first cleaning portion 32 and a second cleaning portion 34 contact with each other. When cleaning is performed by making the second face 22b of the cleaning cloth 22 reversed via the first cleaning portion 32 come into contact with the second blanket cylinder 12 rotating in the winding direction of the cleaning cloth 22 at the second cleaning portion 34, the drawing of the cleaning cloth 22 in the winding direction can be suppressed by a frictional force at the brake 37 without lowering the contact pressure of the second blanket cylinder 12 at the second cleaning portion 34.
