<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately understand the liquid amount management of a washing liquid tank by accurately measuring the height of the liquid level of the washing liquid. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a washing liquid tank 11 that stores the liquid 9 to wash a wiping roll 2; and a liquid tank 13 for sensor installation that is separated with a partition 11a and independent. The washing liquid tank 11 and the liquid tank 12 for sensor installation are communicated through a communication hole 11c provided at a lower end of the partition wall 11a.
