<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure and a truss structure which are excellent in fatigue resistance against fluctuation stress and by which manufacturing cost is suppressed and proper constructibility is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: As branch pipes 2 are joined to an outer peripheral surface 1A of a main pipe 1 via a cover plate 4 fixed thereon, the manufacturing cost of the cover plate can be suppressed in comparison with a cast cylindrical hardware having a complicate shape and the like, and as the cover plate 4 is fixed to the main pipe 1 by fillet-welding, processing cost can be also reduced. A protruding surface part 42 having a thin wall part 44 with a thinner plate thickness than a connection surface part 41 is formed in the cover plate 4. Thus, when transmitting stress from the branch pipes 2 connected with the connection surface part 41 to the main pipe 1, the thin wall part 44 can be properly deformed to alleviate the concentration of stress to the main pipe 1 and the fatigue resistance against fluctuation stress can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
