<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring system which can support another company's monitoring center, to which abnormality information notification is distributed, to prevent undesired delay for handling abnormality. <P>SOLUTION: In a remote monitoring system, its own company's monitoring server device 2 distributes abnormality information notification to not only its own company's monitoring centers 3 and 4 but also another company's monitoring center 5 and the like. When it is determined that the number of non-handled cases in the other company's monitoring center is excessive, the system is configured to distribute the abnormality information notification having been addressed to the other company's monitoring center to its own company's monitoring center 3 (or 4) to handle abnormality for supporting the other company's monitoring center. The monitoring server device 2 comprises: a non-handled case number management unit 23A for managing the number of non-handled cases in the other company's monitoring center; and an other company's center support instruction unit 22A for changing a distribution destination of abnormality information notification having been addressed to the corresponding other company's monitoring center to its own company's monitoring center 3 (or 4) when the number of non-handled cases is equal to or more than a predetermined number N. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
