<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost stapler capable of making the opening/closing of a handle interlocked with the retreat of a pusher. <P>SOLUTION: The stapler 1A includes a pusher band 9 conveying a motion to open an upper handle 7 to the pusher 3A and retracting the pusher 3A. The pusher 3A includes a band locking part 32 into which a first locking hole 90 of the pusher band 9 is inserted to be locked with the pusher band 9; and a band retaining part 33 against which an end of the pusher band 9 locked with the band locking part 32 is abutted to prevent the pusher band 9 from being released from the band locking part 32. The upper handle 7 contains a band locking part 62 where a second locking hole 91 of the pusher band 9 is inserted into a driver 6 to be locked with the pusher band 9, and a band retaining part 63 against which the end of the pusher band 9 locked with the band engaging part 62 is abutted to prevent the pusher band 9 from being released from the band locking part 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
