Provided are: a biaxially stretched polyester film which has a thickness of 200-800 µm (inclusive), a strength at break of 180-300 MPa (inclusive) both in the vertical stretching direction and in the horizontal stretching direction, an internal haze (Hin) of 0.3-20% (inclusive), a difference between the surface haze (Hsur) and the internal haze (Hin), namely (?H = Hsur - Hin), of 2% or less, and a limiting viscosity of 0.68-0.90 (inclusive); a method for producing the biaxially stretched polyester film; and a solar cell power generation module which uses the biaxially stretched polyester film. |
