A method for selling and producing a customizable product, e.g., a t-shirt, is provided. The method may be preferably implemented on the Internet. A third party seller uploads a design or may create a new design on an Internet website. In addition, the seller provides a time period for selling limitation, a minimum order requirement and a desired sell price based on costs. The product is advertised to customers and, if the number of product sold during the time period meets a minimum requirement, production is initiated. If the minimum requirement is not met upon the expiration of the time period, all pending orders are cancelled. |
