1315938 Pallets for handling leads; boxes WELDALL & ASSEMBLY Ltd and C L THOMASON 6 July 1970 [21 July 1969] 36622/69 Headings B8H and B8P [Also in Division E2] A pallet or stillage comprises a base 10, ends 11, a back 13 and a removable front gate 14, the back 13 being hinged to the base 10 to allow it to be folded inwardly of the pallet on to the base 10 and having a recessed pin 19 at one or both ends to allow it to be fastened to the ends 11 when in an upright position, the pin 19 entering an aperture 18 in a plate 15 integral with the end 11 and being held therein by a latch 23 which is urged into a locking position by a leaf spring 26. Alternatively the pin may project inwardly from the plate 15 or pillar 16 into an aperture provided in the back 13. |
