The inflatable ball has half ball portions (10,40) that are connected. The half ball portion (10) has half ball wall (11) combined with rib structure (12) and equipped with inner and outer wall surfaces (111,112). The half ball wall has connection edge (114) connected to peripheral ends of wall surfaces. The half ball portion (40) has rib structure (42) extended vertically from inner and outer wall surfaces (411,412) of half ball wall (41). A valve unit with valve seat made of rubber or thermoplastic polyurethane is mounted in through hole of half ball portion (10).
