The fastener has a bolt (1) fastened at a surface of a motor car, and a terminal (2) for fastening an electric conductor and comprising a through-hole. The bolt passes through the through-hole, and the terminal is positively and non-rotatingly mounted at the bolt. The bolt comprises a cylindrical mounting portion (1.1) in which a groove (1.3) is formed. The through-hole comprises a radial projection (2.3), which is positively engaged into the groove. The mounting portion comprises a screw thread for fastening. A cable portion (2.2) is aligned with a bolt portion (2.1).
