PURPOSE: An anti-weed mat preventing animals from trespassing is provided to easily install the mat with a simple structure, and construct an eco-friendly road slope. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing an anti-weed mat preventing animals from trespassing is as follows: A mat(10), which is wound at a certain size of roll and is sown with seeds such as flower seeds, is constructed on a road slope(15). The parts of the mat, corresponding to the posts(20) of a guardrail(21), are cut, and the mat is closely fixed by a first fixing piece(30). The end portion or the connecting portion of the mat is supported by a second fixing piece(50). A fence member(70), which nears toward the lower side of the guardrail(21), is inserted into the mat.
