PURPOSE: A freezing unit of an ice making device which is configured to prevent white turbidity and a preventing method of the white turbidity the same is provided to prevent a white turbidity by improving a structure of a water dish which is included to an ice making unit of an ice making device. CONSTITUTION: A freezing unit of an ice making device comprises an ice making unit(10), a water dish(20) and a driving method(30). The ice making unit comprises a refrigeration cycle unit, a water supplying unit, and an ice machine. An eccentric axial point is formed to the central axis and the water dish repetitively shakes the point by point to the shaft.
