PURPOSE: A metal plate manufacturing method for screen printing is provided to actualize the miniaturization of a printed circuit board which is printed by the metal plate production method increasing the precision degree of a metal plate and maximize the stability and the precision level of a product. CONSTITUTION: A metal plate manufacturing method for screen printing comprises: a step that performs photo-resist coating after applying a coating ink on a metal panel; a step that forms a photo mask by safely receiving a working film and radiating ultraviolet light source; a drying step after performing for the first voltage, current and few hours of time to plate nickel ions with less thickness of the photo mask while nickel electroforming is conducted by an electrolysis device after inundating the metal panel, in which a photo mask is formed, in a plating solution; a second drying step after conducting the second voltage, current and few hours in order to plate nickel ions in between the plated surface from the drying step and meshes of a SUS mesh while conducting the nickel electroforming by an electrolysis apparatus after attaching the SUS mesh on the plated surface with pressure: and an exfoliating step which exfoliates the SUS mesh from a stainless panel. The coating ink is produced by the following steps: mixing 20-40 wt% of butylbenzyl phthalate as a plasticizer in 50-70 wt% of PVC powder; mixing PVC power with low viscosity after the production of the main material with high viscosity; mixing silicon oxide and magnesium silicate as a thixotropic agent; adding zinc oxide and calcium carbonate to expedite heat curing in low temperature with heat stabilization effect; and adding small amount of an anti-blister agent to prevent the remain of blisters in an application liquid. The drying of the coating ink is conducted in a drying rack with 80 deg. C for 3-10 minutes, or is naturally dried for 30-50 minutes.
