MANUFACTURING SYSTEM OF HEATER FOR GLOW-PLUG AND MANUFACTURING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a heating element of a glow plug is provided to easily insert a heating coil as the end of a heating tube at a welding point comprises a reduced portion and a small diameter portion. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a heating element of a glow plug comprises a protruding length measuring unit(50), a regulating unit(60), and a welding unit(70). The protruding length measuring unit measures the length(20L) of a heating coil protruding from the end(12) of the welding unit, after a heating coil(20) is inserted into the hollow portion(10a) of a heating tube(10). The regulating unit adjusts the protruding length of the heating coil by comparing the measured length to a pre-set reference value. The welding unit welds the protruding portion of the heating coil and the welding point of the heating tube together.
