PURPOSE: A metal printed circuit board(PCB) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to progress a substrate processing process and a sealing process of the PCB as a single process, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: Reflective holes are formed. The reflective holes have a slope surface. A chip is mounted on a bottom surface of the reflective holes. A reflective layer is formed on only the slope surface of the reflective holes. A PCB layer has a circuit pattern. The PCB layer is bonded on a metal discoid plate.
