FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry industry, in particular, to a method for broiler and laying hens feeding. The method for functional feeding of birds envisages usage of a complete feedstuff, balanced in terms of nutritive and biologically active substances, and a vitamin-and-amino-acid complex produced using a complex of lactic acid bacteria (lactic acid bacillus, propionic acid bacteria, thermophile viscous lactic streptococcus). The vitamin-and-amino-acid complex is administered in an amount of 1% of the fodder weight from the 1day to the 42-45day of life (for broilers) and up to the 18month of life - for laying hens.EFFECT: invention usage allows to manufacture dietary poultry and eggs. |
