FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: cooled drill comprises body with chip removal flutes and continuous cutting plug-in element. Said plug-in element has no chip removal flutes, but comprises central and countersink parts. Note here that radial supports of one cutting diameter are located in, at least, three different coordinate directions relative to axis. Countersink part comprises cutting elements while cutting plate is arranged at central part. Plug-in element for joint with body is furnished with guide surfaces, thrust surfaces and bores. Cylindrical guide surfaces have conical sections and are connected with cylindrical guide surfaces of the body with support. Note here that drill has lower-hardness damping spacer for jointing plug-in element to the body. Note here that body has location surfaces arranged at 1 to 12 degrees.
