PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of titanium-added stainless steel is provided to improve Ti use efficiency by reducing oxidation loss of Ti injected in a Ti injection step and to reduce manufacturing cost of titanium-added stainless steel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of titanium-added stainless steel includes the following steps: a mineral injection step(S1) where Ti-oxide containing mineral is injected into stainless molten steel having gone through AOD refinement; a VOD refinement step(S2) where the molten steel is decarbonized; and a Ti injection step(S3) where Ti is injected into the molten steel. The Ti-oxide containing mineral in the mineral injection step includes at least one of youth mineral or ilmenite. The Ti-oxide containing mineral in the mineral injection step further includes iron oxides. In the mineral injection step, C is added. C returns iron oxides included in the Ti-oxide containing mineral. After the Ti-oxide containing mineral is injected in the mineral injection step, TiO2 concentration of the slag in the upper side of the molten steel is 5wt%- 20wt%.
