PURPOSE: A water supply main body for a shower is provided to combine a water pipe with a water supply changeover valve. CONSTITUTION: A water supply main body for a shower comprises a fixed shower head(50) and a sliding shower head(40), a lower water pipe(110) which is combined with one side of the upper part of a faucet, a water supply changeover valve(120) which is inserted into and coupled with the top of the lower water pipe and is connected to the sliding shower head, an upper water pipe(130) which is connected to the fixed shower head, and a cover member(140) which is connected to the outside of the lower water pipe and upper water pipe.
