<p>The invention relates to a process and a device for the preparation of a semicrystalline polymer by the following steps: preparation of a polymer melt A composed of a crystallizable polymer; preparation of a polymer melt B composed of a crystallizable polymer; combining of the polymer melts A and B in a plurality of melt channels, where polymer melt B in essence forms an outer layer and polymer melt A in essence forms an inner layer; forming of particles and hardening of the polymer melts, where the forming of the particles can take place prior to or after the hardening process; and raising of the degree of crystallization of the polymer particles. According to the invention, the polymer B produced via hardening of polymer melt B has a higher crystallization rate than the polymer A produced via hardening of polymer melt A. In the inventive device there is direct connection of a discharge opening (8a) for polymer pellets in the presence of a separating device (8) to at least one entry opening (11) for polymer pellets in the presence of a crystallization device (10).</p> |
