<p>PURPOSE: A method for providing a voice of weather information interlinked with an alarm through a smart phone is provided to supply various services to a user by providing an alarm and showing the weather information of a corresponding region with the voice according to an alarm time. CONSTITUTION: An application is downloaded to a smart phone through a wireless communication network(302). The application is activated and an alarm time and a corresponding region are set through the activated application(304). A management server receives local weather information from a weather providing server in real time, interlinks the information with the alarm time to convert the information into a voice, and transmits the voice to the smart phone(307). The local weather information is outputted as the voice through the smart phone after the operation of the alarm(308).
