摘要 <p>PURPOSE: High-carbon martensitic stainless steel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to introduce a new annealing heat treatment pattern for high-carbon martensitic stainless steel and to execute softening for removing internal stress due to cold rolling, thereby securing processability. CONSTITUTION: High-carbon martensitic stainless steel is made of chromium carbide in which ferrite base structures are mixed with micro structures of a cold rolled steel plate annealing material, which comprises 0.60-0.70weight% of C, 0.02-0.08weight% of N, 0.1-0.6weight% of Si, 0.1-0.6 weight% of Mn, 12-1 weight% of Cr, at least one of 0.1-2weight% of Mo and 0.12weight% of W; Fe and other impurities, as much as 70/100μm2. The elongation ratio of the annealing material of the high-carbon martensitic stainless steel is over 18%. Stainless steel further includes 0.1-0.3weight% of V. The length of the chromium carbide in the micro-structure is 5μm or less. The manufacturing method of high-carbon martensitic stainless steel comprises the following steps: a step of manufacturing a hot rolled steel plate by hot-rolling high-carbon martensitic stainless steel; a step of manufacturing a cold rolled steel plate by cold-rolling the hot rolled steel plate; and a step of processing a first cracking thermal process for reducing temperature deviation in the cold rolled steel plate annealing material.
