PURPOSE: A lifesaving device is provided to be reached to people fallen into water by extending a lifesaving hose with using air pressure. CONSTITUTION: A lifesaving device comprises a case(100), an air pump, an air hose, a lifesaving hose(50), a rotary pipe, upper and lower guide rolls(13,14), and an electric motor. The air pump is installed in the case to generate air. The air hose is connected to the air pump; is extended to the outside of the case; and is embedded in the lifesaving hose. The air hose and the lifesaving hose are mounted on the rotary pipe. The upper and lower guide rolls are protruded from the outside of the case and are installed at the top and the bottom of the lifesaving hose. The electric motor operates one of the upper and lower guide rolls and the air pump.
