PURPOSE: A writing instrument with a replaceable eraser is provided to replace an eraser with a new eraser once the eraser installed on the eraser mounting part is almost consumed. CONSTITUTION: A writing instrument(1) with replaceable eraser comprises a writing instrument part(2) and an eraser part(3) as one body. A mechanical pencil(10) of the writing instrument part forms a soft grip portion consisting of rubber or a soft synthetic resin material on the lower outside of a pencil pipe(11). The upper part of the soft grip portion is equipped with a button(13) used for pulling out or storing pencil cores(15), and the front end is screwed to a head metal fitting(12) in which the pencil core is discharged. The eraser part is integrally formed on the top part of a holder tube of the pencil holder. The eraser part is formed with an eraser chamber(20) as one body on the top part of the pencil pipe or holder pipe. The eraser chamber is equipped with an eraser(26) which is able to be stored in or pulled out from the eraser chamber by an operating tool. The eraser chamber has a long guiding hole(21) on one side. A bolt rod of a sliding nob(22) is screwed to a nut hole of the eraser mounting part through the long guiding hole. |
