A device for fixing a cross bar of a roof carrier for a vehicle is provided to allow a user to manipulate fixing devices regardless of the position of the vehicle. A device for fixing a cross bar of a roof carrier for a vehicle comprises a first housing(40) and a second housing(50). The first housing slides along a first side rail(20) and the second housing slides along a second side rail(30). A first locking pin(60) is coupled with the first housing and detachably coupled with the side rail. The second locking pin(70) is coupled with the second housing and is detachably coupled with the side rail. A cross bar(80) is coupled with the first and second locking pins and has a plurality of articulation links(81,82,83). When the articulation links are folded, the first and second locking pins are released from the side rails. When the articulation links are unfolded, the first and second locking pins are locked to the side rails. |
